The Gardiner Bantams really came together during the State Tier 4 “Play In” tournament.  They lost a close first game, but came back on Sunday to beat Marnanacook in Game 2.  They had to turn around and play CMYH Black right after Maranacook and skated to a 1-1 tie during regulation.  Here come the shoot outs.  Our shooters couldn’t get the puck to lay flat and consequently had a hard time getting a decent shot off.  CMYH didn’t seem to have that problem, but Alex kept them in it until he finally got beat in the 6th round.
